Add a content subscription

Find or create subscription content

To add an internal content subscription to the homepage, the subscription content has to exist somewhere else on the intranet first. It could be the intranet's default news page that you are adding as a subscription, or it could be a news, blog or forum page that has been created on the intranet. It doesn't matter if the page you're subscribing to doesn't have any posts on it yet, you can still add it as a subscription on the homepage. Just keep in mind that you won't see any posts from that subscription on the homepage until posts are created on the original page.

You can subscribe to calendars in your homepage news, but they will only display if the "Items grouped by subscription" option is selected. Learn about homepage subscription groupings.

Add an internal content subscription

  1. Go to the Administration PanelHome section > Content subscriptions page.
  2. Choose whether to add a feed in the Left column subscriptions, the Center column subscriptions or the Carousel subscriptions. (Note that to add subscriptions to the carousel, you must check the box "Home page news carousel at the top of the center column." Learn more about the different homepage news layouts.)
  3. Start typing the name of the feed in the text box for the chosen subscription area.
